Các nguyên nhân phổ biến nhất chúng tôi ghi nhận:

Tôi có thể tự xử lý bằng plugin quét mã độc không?
Các plugin quét miễn phí chỉ phát hiện được mã độc theo mẫu đã biết. Phần lớn trường hợp thực tế, mã độc đã được mã hoá, giấu trong database, file ảnh giả hoặc cron job nên plugin không nhận ra.
Việc xoá không triệt để thường dẫn tới website tái nhiễm chỉ sau vài ngày, thậm chí xoá nhầm file hệ thống làm website trắng trang. Nếu website đang phục vụ kinh doanh, bạn nên để kỹ thuật viên xử lý.
Tôi cần cung cấp những thông tin gì?
Để bắt đầu, bạn cần chuẩn bị:
- Tài khoản Hosting/cPanel hoặc thông tin SSH nếu dùng VPS.
- Tài khoản quản trị website (WordPress Admin hoặc tương đương).
- Quyền truy cập Google Search Console — cần thiết khi phải gỡ cảnh báo và dọn spam index.
Sau khi bàn giao, bạn nên đổi lại toàn bộ mật khẩu. Chúng tôi cũng chủ động hướng dẫn bạn thu hồi quyền truy cập khi kết thúc dịch vụ.
Xử lý mã độc website mất bao lâu?
Thời gian phụ thuộc vào mức độ lây nhiễm và dung lượng mã nguồn:
- Gói Cơ bản: khoảng 1 ngày làm việc.
- Gói Nâng cao: khoảng 3 ngày làm việc.
- Gói Chuyên nghiệp: từ 7 đến 10 ngày (bao gồm cả việc gỡ cảnh báo Google và dọn spam index).
